Action Teams

Our six Action Teams bring together Unitarian Universalists across South Carolina to fight to expand UU values in our beloved state.

We do this through organizing under six Action Teams:

What does it mean to join an Action Team?

There are many ways to be involved in our Action Teams:

• You might be a Team Leader in your congregation, helping to disseminate information and informing your congregation about critical South Carolina legislative bills that we support or oppose, depending on how they connect with our UU values

• You might be a supporter that can write letters or go to a legislative office in your county to advocate for a bill. 

• You might craft a letter to the editor of your home newspaper explaining what you support or oppose and why. 

There are many ways to engage. We would love for you to offer your unique skills, expertise, passion, and commitment to the work--it will take all of us to create justice and equity in SC!
